Its stainless steel case measures 44 mm in diameter and, like all Luminor models, features Panerai’s patented crown-protection lever device.
The watch, which is water-resistant to a respectable 300 meters, has a polished bezel and a black “sandwich” dial. The date appears at 3 o’clock and the running seconds on a subdial at 9 o’clock. “America’s Cup” is printed in blue above the 6 o’clock position, and the black, untreated leather strap, with the America’s Cup logo heat-embossed on both sides, is stitched with red-and-blue thread.
Inside is Panerai’s in-house Caliber P.9010, an automatic movement with a three-day power reserve. The solid caseback is engraved with an America’s Cup logo. The watch PAM00727 is limited to 300 pieces.
