The new Luminor Sealand watch – 44 mm (PAM00863) with a stainless steel cover, vividly engraved the year of the rat.

Each zodiac watch has an iconic hand-engraved cover that connects to the dial at 12 o'clock. There is a small mirror on the inside of the cover, which is embedded in the 44mm frosted AISI 316L stainless steel cover. This aesthetic and functional design protects the grey dial. Dial printed with Arabic numerals, linear hour markers and Super-LumiNova ™ luminescent dots.

The watch cover is carefully polished by an outstanding Italian craftsman using ancient sparsello carving techniques. The name of the craft is derived from the tools used in sculpting, which resembles a small lancet. After the groove is engraved on the cover, the craftsman inserts the gold wire and hammers it carefully until the groove is completely filled. The engraving process of each watch can take up to 50 hours on average.
